Copy Print Settings

Copy Print Settings from one sheet to another sheet, several sheets or sheets of another file.

Main:

Select from which sheet of the currently active workbook settings will be copied to which workbook and its sheets. Also specify which sheet of this workbook shall get these settings.

By default, settings will be copied from the active workbook to sheets of the active workbook. In case no workbook to copy from or to copy to has been selected, the macro will give a warning message and wait for a valid selection.

Options:

Specify, which settings shall be copied.

Details:

The macros only benefits are: Settings are copied between files and ALL settings are copied.

To do the same thing quicker, group the sheets which shall get equal print settings and assign print-settings to one sheet afterwards.

Note: This will not allow to set Print Titles to all sheets or to specify a Print Range.

To apply Titles to all sheets and to specify a Print Range as well, use this tool.
