XLplus Add-On: Region Settings
This tool launches the Windows dialog to specify region settings with. You might use this when importing foreign text files which use specific settings Excel could not handle properly. Using the Regions Settings dialog allows to specify settings for list delimeters, number formats and more with which you can make your current settings compatible to the ones used within the file to import.
Once you do not need them anymore, simply switch them back by calling the Regions Settings dialog again.
